American Werewolf in London Costume

My costume was inspired by one of my favorite movie "Amerian Werewolf in London." I grew up watching it since I've been a kid. My brother and I made this costume from scratch. I shopped for a green puffer jacket, just like in the movie. We cut it up, tore it up, and layered it with all different kinds of blood for a about a week. My brother did my face. We used store bought prosthetics that my brother cut up and shaped to my face. He did a great job placing them in the correct positions and coloring them to look like natural skin. After applying the prosthetics we layered the makeup and blood. This makeup took about 2 hours to complete. It cost about $80 for the prostheitcs, latex, blood, scarring glue, make up, and outfit. Beware the moon!!!!
