This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'A Beautiful ScareCrow' costume creator:
This is my 2 year old daughter Lillian. Her dress is made up of five different colors of tulle, with a sunflower and brown straps to hold the dress up. The hat is made from a black play hat, some ribbon fabric, tulle and a sunflower that I glued on.
