This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ryan, the 'X-Men Mystique' costume creator:
This is me wearing the costume. I love X Men and Mystique is an iconic character. I made the costume by buying a blue bodysuit and painting individual scales on with acrylic paint to give a shiny effect. I then used liquid latex on my face to create scales and painted over them blue, put in some yellow contacts and painted my hair red.
