Woody the Sheriff Costume

This is Elvis. I picked a cowboy, themed after Cowboy Woody from Toy Story. With goodwill costumes, I cut the arms and chest piece of a kids Woody costume and resewed it to a larger yellow shirt we got from the craft store. I took a half yard of cow-print fabric I had stashed away and made a simple drape, only hemming the sides and arm holes. I sprayed a simple dollar store straw hat with brown spray pain, and actually sewed elastic to the straw for a neck band. Topped it off with a cheap red bandana and a sherif badge, we were done.
