This homemade costume for men entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Wizard' costume creator:
My father is wearing the costume. He made it all by hand, including the robe and the wand and did all the electrical work. The wand blows fog and has laser lights and even shoots fire! He worked on it for six months and deserves to get credit for his creativity!!
