This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Iliana, the 'Wilma' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing it. I bought white fabric from hobby lobby and cut it using a dress of hers for measurements and hot glued it together. The necklace are styrofoam balls with a string through them to hold them as a necklace. The hair is yarn glued to a beanie. The bun in the front I used foam and wrapped it with the orange yarn. The sandals are cardboard with ribbon glued to it to hold it in place.
