This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Willy Wonka and Violet' costume creator:
My husband is Willy Wonka and I am Violet. We were gong to try to do a group costume but didn’t get anyone to join. We made Willy Wonka piece by piece. The shirt is a piece of fabric we found looking at numerous fabric stores. The hat, bow tie, and jacket were from Halloween stores and party city. Violet was found on amazon and I sewed the buttons and the belt on. The belt was made out of ribbon. The buckle is made from red foam board.
