This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Payton, the 'White Chicks' costume creator:
My friend KP and I got the idea from the movie white chicks. We bought boas with feathers and sewed them onto tutus. We bought wigs and drew on brownish roots.Then we bought FBI badges and printed out the pictures to put in them the hard part was sewing the boas because it was very time consuming. Overall it probably costed about 40$.
