This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Went with the Wind Curtain Dress' costume creator:
This is Vera, age 3. One of the benefits of having her late in life is her parents enjoyed watching the Carol Burnett show. This costume was inspired by the sketch "Went with the Wind". Vera and her mommy had fun with this costume. Vera thought she was a princess and mommy (and daddy too) had fun remembering and watching the show over and over again on YouTube.
