This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michele, the 'Wendy's' costume creator:
Michele is wearing the costume. I purchased all items online or party city. The dress I had to get was a Dorothy outfit. I purchased the apron at Joanne's Fabric store and used fabric paint with stencils.
