This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Viva Las Vegas' costume creator:
Charleigh Klaire (age 2) is headed to fabulous Las Vegas. Her costume is homemade. The leotard was purchased from amazon. We added embellishments and a bustle skirt. We bought a pair of Angel wings off amazon and added 10-12 inch ostrich feathers.
