This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angela, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
The Little Mermaid is my favotite movie, but I know everyone wants to be Arial so I went with Ursula. I sowed all the tentacles and stuffed so they looked semi-realistic; paired with a corset and the right accessories and I had myself the perfect costume!
