This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amelia, the 'Universe' costume creator:
My universe Halloween costume from a few years back. I found a black dress at Ross and used foam balls from Michaels as the planets. I painted them myself, cut them in half and glued with hot glue gun. I bought galaxy tights online for about $7. For extra detail, I glued glow in the dark stars on my dress and on a headband and earrings. It looked awesome in the end and I was super glow in the dark! I also experimented with galaxy nails and eyeshadow.
