This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Toy Soldiers' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I are wearing our costume. We got the idea from Pintrest.
We both got morph suits because we didn't want to paint our faces. Then we got clothing from value village and painted it green. It took a lot of paint.
We got accessories from different stores and decided to make our base out of cardboard. It wasn't attached to our feet. We only used them for pictures so we could walk easy
