Toddler Peacock Costume

My son is wearing the costume, he really really wanted to be a peacock. After a thorough internet search finding the peacock costume to be a "girls costume" we decided to just make one. I found a blue suit jacket at a local thrift store and added a hoodie and black sweats for warmth (upstate NY can be unpredictable). For the feet we canted it to be realistic so i used black boots and secured metal hair clips with gorilla tape and hot glue. For the feathers we did a circular cardboard cutout, hot glued straps so it was essentially a back pack and glued on feathers we bought in bulk online. The hate is an insidious paw patrol hat with a feather tuft glued on. Besides that just good old fashioned face paint and Voila! A masculine peacock.
