This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joy, the 'The Glampire' costume creator:
This is my daughter Olivia. She’s in 2nd grade and absolutely loves Halloween. She wanted to be scary but also have a little sparkle and “glam” to her outfit! We purchased the dress from Walmart, and I did the hair and makeup which was inspired from a television show.
