The Cutest Pennywise Costume

My son, DT (1 year old), is wearing a homemade Pennywise costume. Inspired by the 2017 remake of Stephen King's IT. Most of the clothing items (ruffled pants, ruffled bottom, ruffled T-shirt, ruffled long sleeved shirt) were bought on Amazon and then I tea dyed them to make them look antiqued. The neck piece is a scarf purchased at good will and pinned with safety pins. The shoes were purchased at good will. The make up is grease paint over powder also purchased on Amazon. I grew out his hair for the costume and sprayed it red with red Halloween hairspray. Balloons purchased at a dollar store and tied with twine. I sewed the red pom coms to the ruffled T shirt but he kept ripping them off, so then I just used safety pins. This allowed me to easily reapply them as he pulled them off. He had so much fun playing with the balloons.
