This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Sabrina, the 'Stormtrooper Dog' costume creator:

The body was made from EVA foam. For the helmet we molded her head, then took that and built a model of the helmet in clay. From that we created a mold then casted the helmet in fiberglass. With a bit of training she prances around stealing the hearts of fellow nerds in her new costume.

Sorry at this point I can't sell and probably won't since I don't want to run into licensing issues with Disney/Lucas films. However most dogs will not wear the helmet anyways.
