This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ryan, the 'Stitchez the Clown' costume creator:
In 2011 a friend and I decided to put our halloween collection together and do a Yard Haunt. We wanted to create 2 characters that would become the stars of our twisted colorful world. We both had similar ideas and a love for creepy clowns like pennywise and the killer clowns from outer space. So we decided we would be 2 clowns named Stitchez and Shotz, 2 common hospital phobias. After browsing the internet and looking at multiple products from various companies we found our product. We loved the products so much we immediatley bought them and have been scaring kids and the elderly ever since. The face is a foam latex prosthetic that is custom airbrushed. The wig is modified with latex to give the bald cap a better finish and is also custom airbrushed. The face is finished with a combination of one red and one white contact for the eyes and gremlin teeth by dental distortions. Every year our clothes change a little and the pictures you see here were taken at an FX demo I participated in at a local make up academy. This year our characters will be participating at a haunted house called Zombie Toxin. In turn the costume you see I put together especially for that. The shirt and pants I distressed with paint, scissors, and a wire wheel. I complete Stitchez' look with spiked wrist bands, orange stockings, suspenders, and a horn.
