Steampunk Mad Hatteress Costume

This costume is being worn by Gabriel Belcher that is me who also designed and came up with the idea of the steampunk mad hattetress. Don’t know how I thought of it I just though it was a creepy and cool combination
I pretty much made all the pieces including the skirt which is mad from thick net fabric and the makeup which is basically scan blood and latex and so gears that I had lying around
I had spent countless hours on the makeup and the corset top putting all the chains,gears and playing cards on it
For the playing cards those were my own too I just took old cards and burned the edges of them to give them an antique,creepy look the whole things is just about placing
Placing the items and decorative objects on the attire in just the right spot so it will look perfect just like out of a horror film
