A word from Donna, the 'Spring Trap FNAF' costume creator:

My 11 yr old son wanted to be a character from five nights at Freddies. So, I took lots of foam, felt, wire, aluminum foil, sponges and paint to create a child size full body costume. This was a very hard but fun costume to make, and my son is totally in love with his new costume.

Oh my god this is amazing! Do you have more pictures of the process? My son has been begging me to make him one just for playing around

What do I need to buy and how do I make it. My son is twelve and he really wants it. I'm not very good at doing anything like this but maybe I can find someone. lol .

I would be willing to buy this costume from you or pay to have one made for my son. He wants to be this for Halloween this year and can't find it anywhere!

Hi, Sorry for the delay. I have never received and email about the comments.

What I did to make it easy was hot glued the pieces I cut out onto old black pajamas. I had to buy girl ones so that they fit snug onto his body. I then eye balled the shape from the pictures online. No real exact form or direction. The holes I cut and shaved out but not fully through the foam. I used aluminum and red acrylic paint for the metal and rust/blood. I bought a foot or two of wire from lowes/home depot, and just attached in areas wire was supposed to be showing. Butt/Groin area I just cut out in the shape of foam underwear and glued those to pajama bottoms, so that he could slip them on and off. I bought most items from the thrift store. The shoes were crocs or foam shoes so that he could slip them on and off.
