This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Snuggle Bear' costume creator:
This is my chihuahua, Syri, wearing her Snuggle fabric softener bear costume. I was doing laundry when this idea came to me. How cute would a snuggle bear dog costume be! I bought some cream colored fuzzy material and sewed a doggy shirt out of it. Then I added a hood with bear ears and a poof tail. When Syri was dressed up I sat her in a white laundry basket filled with blue towels. To finish the look I put an empty Snuggle fabric softener bottle in the basket next to her.
