This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Shirley Temple' costume creator:
My four year old daughter, Noelle, is wearing a Shirley Temple dress made by BeautifulNuisance on Etsy. The dress cost plus shipping was $195. I completed the look with a red bow headband from another shop on Etsy, and the lollipop is a prop made on Etsy as well. Found an inexpensive pair of white patent leather mary janes on Ebay, and the ruffle socks are from Target. I showed Noelle some Shirley Temple videos on YouTube, she believes it's her in those movies!
