Shark Bait Couple Costume

My boyfriend and I were thinking of a last minute costume for a friend's party. I was rummaging through my old stuff and came across my old life guarding bathing suit and shorts. The shorts were big enough to stretch to fit him and I cut a jagged hole into the side of my suit. Very simple! I found the little stuffed shark at a costume shop (it's actually meant to be a hat) and sewed it onto the suit. The rest was just a matter of makeup and temporary tattoo gashes. Joe accessorized with a beach towel and some colorful sunglasses. No more than $25 for the costume pair.
