Scarlett O'Hara Drapery Dress Costume

This is my daughter Scarlett! She is 2.5 years old. Every one that meets her always loves to say "Oh I love her name, just like Miss Scahhhlett O'Hara!" So naturally I couldn't resist in making her just that for Halloween! The drapery dress from the movie is my absolute favorite as I love being creative with what you have! I made it myself from scratch. Staying true to the origin of the drapery dress, I made her dress from some tablecloths found at goodwill. Other items like ribbon and her headband I already had on hand. I did have to purchase some felt pieces and feathers for the headband. All in all I spent around $10 cash and about 5 evenings working on it! Thanks for considering my costume!:)
