This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Madison, the 'Sailor Moon' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Lately, I've been re-watching Sailor Moon from the very beginning and I really identify with Usagi. So I thought it would be fun to dress up as her. I bought a few pieces and then made a few pieces. I didn't feel skilled enough to make the dress. So I ordered the dress which also came with the tiara, choker, and gloves. I also bought the wig and bun shields. However, I made the brooch, earrings, and added the white part and crescent moons to the boots.
