Richard Simmons Costume

My husband Dustin is wearing the costume. He has curly hair that is easy to tease and give an afro. One day his hair was teased and someone said he looked like Richard Simmons, so we went for it. We teased and sprayed his hair, normally he has a beard, so he shaved it. We went to the thrift store and bought the red tank top and white shorts and shoes. We used my daughter's be-dazzler and used iron on letters to make the shirt. Overall we only spent $10 on the costume.
The best part of the night was that he actually acted like him also. Everyone was laughing, it was fun.
