This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Paula, the 'Rain Cloud and Lightning' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume and I was thinking of being one of the 4 seasons which turned into a raincloud. I took a old hat from a costume I bought at a yard sale (pimp hat) and a holahoop for stability. I attached the hat to the hoop and then hot glued batting and strung light through it. The rest was just beads for rain a old belt I glued toole to. My 83 year old Mom is dressed as a baby in one of the pictures and the other is my son. I did not have one of myself alone so I submitted those two.
