This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter Josilyn is wearing her Raggedy ann costume. This is her first halloween, she is 11 months old.
I got the idea on Costume Works! I made her wig with red yarn and a beanie purchased at hobby lobby. I found YouTube videos online on how to make the wig. Her dress is handmade, purchased on Etsy.
