This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tina, the 'Proud Peacock' costume creator:
This is my grand daughter Layla McCool. She is wearing the peacock costume we made by making a tutu by tying fabric onto a piece of elastic. The tail is a foam circle that i pressen into the foam cirle and then guled in place. She is wearing a blue leatard with purple leggings. Simple as that.
