Peter Pan and Tinkerbell Costume

The Peter Pan costume was made by Rit dying a pair of girls white leggings. The top is a green t-shirt I found at Walmart, and cut the bottom and the sleeves. The hat was hand made out of felt. The Tinkerbell skirt was made by tying tulle to a piece of elastic. The shoes were made by using Mod Podge and green glitter on a pair of old flats, and gluing on a white puff ball. The cost of making both outfits was about $40.
