Pennywise Costume

I've always loved clowns so when It (2017) came out I knew what my costume would be. I watch video after video to create my own clown suit, shoes, wig, make-up, etc. For the wig either buy a black or orange punk rocker wig. If you buy a black wig then get orange hair spray and if you buy a orange wig get black hair spray. You'll need a bald cap to accompany the wig. Use cotton or small rags to increase your head size and place them under the bald cap. Use gum adhesive to secure the bald cap to your face. Then use liquid latex with tissue to hide the bald cap line. Cut wig to your desire, spray hair with colored spray and use gum adhesive to stick the wig to the bald cap. If needed use Vaseline or glue to keep your eyebrows or other facial hair hidden. I created my costume with a shower lining, a curtain and some mesh. Measure neck, arms, torso, waist, leg length and start sewing! I used work boots and painted them about 8 times then used a permanent marker to blend the white/red areas. Lastly use white face paint to cover your face, neck, ears and exposed bald cap. Use liquid lip stick for lips and lines going through your eyes. For the teeth use vampire teeth that can either be molded to your teeth or use an adhesive. Then go win some contest!!
