This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sherri, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My son Hunter Folsom as Pennywise from the movie “IT” (2017). All clothing, including snow boots for costume purchased at random thrift stores. Ruffles, lace and red pom pom from Hobby Lobby. Wig bought on amazon (18th century founding father) spray painted and shaped into clown hair. Got the idea for the movie. I (the mother) was dressed as Georgie (last picture), rain coat purchased on amazon.
