This homemade costume for kids entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katelyn, the 'Pennywise & Georgie' costume creator:
This year my daughter decided she wanted to be pennywise so of coarse my son had to be Georgie. I hand painted the boots myself and the makeup took about 3 hours. We have been collecting items for these costumes since last Halloween. We are super happy with the outcome!!
