A word from Ann, the 'Pebbles' costume creator:
My daughter was almost 2 and we needed something to go around trick or treating in and we decided to work on her stroller so we could push her in it. We ended up making a Flintstone's car. We just used pool noodles wrapped with contact paper that looked like wood and rope for the sides and to hold the wheels in place. I used white material that I cut up for the top of the car on top of a cardboard square. For the wheels I used batting and poster board. Then I just used spray paint to give it the final look. For her outfit I just make her top out of green felt and cut out black squares and hot glued them to the top in different places. Then my mom make the blue bloomers. It was actually quite simple and the most expensive item I bought was the spray paint!
