Pammywise the Dancing Clown Costume

I put together this costume last October, 1 month after the IT movie was released in theaters. The top is a ruffled shirt I found in my closet. For added detail, I bought shimmering red Christmas tree bows and stuck them on the front of the shirt. I also included white bridal shorts, a cage hoop skirt I found on Amazon, good quality white greasepaint, red lipstick,'Devil's blood" paint I found in Spirit Halloween, a curly red wig, arm gloves, white fishnet leggings, plain white shoes, and a red balloons. The collar was something I made out of a plastic choker and folded paper (I had ordered a shimmering clown collar online but it took longer than expected to arrive). Using a youtube instruction video, I folded a small paper boat and used double-stick tape to put the boat on my head as an extra accessory.
