Gypsy Danger from Pacific Rim Costume

My 9 year old son and I enjoyed the Pacific Rim movie. He wanted to be Gyspy Danger the main robot of the movie.

I grabbed some art work off the internet and bought multiple foam mats from Five and Below.
The entire costume is free hand, made with 90% foam mat, little bit of card board, little bit of nylon webbing, little bit of velcro, little bit for styrofoam, some leds, some wire, some tape and a lot of glue and patience. I also took a Master Chief Helmet from the Halo costume and used the visor for the new costume.

The costume was made in under a month.
