This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'Operation Game Man' costume creator:
My daughter decided to be the Operation Game man. The costume is made from a cardboard box covered in red vinyl. I used my vinyl cutter to cut out the "body" parts. I purchased a cheap set of tongs and attached with rope.
