This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eva, the 'Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe' costume creator:
My Daughter Braxton (2) is dressed up as the old lady who lived in a shoe. I constructed the shoe with wire mesh, zip ties, yoga ball, and PVC pipe around a small baby stroller. The costume took about 8 work hours and approximately $80 to complete. She was a big hit in the neighborhood!!
