This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Oh Mickey! Toni Basil' costume creator:
We had our Halloween party at Studio 80 in Fort Worth this year. I wanted to be Toni Basil in her cheerleading outfit, but could not find it for sale so I made it. I pieced it together with different items from the thrift store and I made all the lettering using felt and other materials. I even learned how to make pom-poms for my shoes watching a YouTube video. :)
