This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from April, the 'Ms. Pacman Game' costume creator:
I created the Ms. PACMAN GAME by using a black night shirt from Target, the ghosts are cut from felt, the Ms PACMAN and the pellets are cut from foam. Everything is glued on using fabric glue. The idea came from Google when I originally wanted to be Ms pacman but it was too complicated, so I made the game screen instead. The total costs was about $20.
