Zoolander & Mugatu Costume

My fiancé, Rob, and I decided to go as Zoolander and Mugatu once we heard that Zoolander 2 would be coming out in 2016. For Zoolander, we made a stencil out of a sponge and used it to paint the geometric design on an old sweater. We did the same thing with slightly more detail on a piece of faux leather and sewed it into a circular headband. For Mugatu, I cut letters out of felt and hot glued them on to a grey t shirt. I then made circular wristbands and a collar out of faux leather. The wig was a long curly blonde wig I had worn for a Kahlessi costume that I pinned up. I cut hair from the wig and glued it to my chin using special effects glue for the goatee.
