Monsters inc Celia Costume

I made my Celia costume for our family costume. I sewed the snakes filled with batting and floral wire to a mermaid swimming cap, to match. I wound the snakes around and formed then did a small stitch. The snakes were a velvety scale material. I added pink purple pipe cleaner to and end for her rattle. I coupled a snakeskin dress with a purple unitard and green feather boa. I made the cyclops ete out of felt (white, purple, blue and black)that I cut to match hers. I made the flex in her eyes with a lighter blue. I layered and glued. Then attached to a tan elastic headband.
