This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cupcake, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
I like minnie mouse and she is my favorite character. So why not duplicate? I took a plain skirt and added dots to it( q tips dipped in fabric paint) the shirt came from h&m. The socks was made from white ribbon(purchased at walmart) and the ears were made from socks,old headband, and a old fleece sweater. Ribbon? Came from an old tshirt. I bedazzled it with clear flowers that i removed from my backpack
