This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I made this with a headband and rubber snakes attched6with wire. Painted with gold spray paint and glitter. Contacts and makeup complete the look. A black dress and lay the unused rubber snakes and spray with gold paint for the dress.
