This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Mary Poppins' costume creator:
Mallory is a 6 year old version of Mary Poppins. She loves the movie and came up with the idea on her own. All of the clothes, hat, boots and Mary's famous "carpet bag" purse were purchased at second hand stores. I made the hat by simply gluing on daisies and berries with a hot glue gun!
