Marionette Costume

My daughter Ava, 8 years old, knew she wanted to be a "puppet" since last Halloween. Nothing she ever dresses as is "cute", so we had to put a bit of a twist on it and basically make her look as real as possible. She ended up being the "creepy" puppet but she was the talk of the town! I purchased the dress for .50 at the thrift store and used the make up we already had in the house. For the strings, the top is made out of 2 rulers and a doll rod and string we had in the garage!
