This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
My 2 year old wearing her Maleficent costume. Her dress is made with tulle and ribbon for the top. Her horns were carved out of craft foam and wrapped with pipe cleaner and electrical tape, then attached to an old hat covered in fabric. The whole costume cost about $25 to make.
