This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diana, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
Made horns with wire,electrical tape, solo cups and foil. Made wings from feathers, cardboard, PVC pipe, and fabric. Made staff from curtain rod, string, paint, and glass ball. Made dress from McCall pattern.
