This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

Since I was little I've always loved everything Disney especially Alice in Wonderland. Johnny Depp is one of my all time favorite actors so I thought why not be the Mad Hatter? Skirt is made out of tulle and ribbon (Walmart- $5.00). Normal black hat ($5 Walmart) then added a pink ribbon, peacock feather, crazy intricacies, and the signature 10/6 card. Spool necklace hand made. Just add: bow tie, crazy shirt, blazer, orange hair (spray paint from Walmart), crazy makeup, and you have yourself a Mad Hatter!
